At WATCH IT!, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new timepiece. If your watch isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Watch

  Carefully place the watch in its original brand box with all warranty cards and manuals included to ensure it stays protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
